Just a terrible app altogether. I always get frustrated just trying to accomplish anything. Keep trying months later, still same thing. Very slooooow, getting constant errors, and it's very counterintuitive. Update 1 year later: Still app is terrible as ever. Who's programming this thing? Have you guys tested it? Update 2 years later: still not working get error messages and I just wanted to see my order details.

Pretty terrible to use, frustration everywhere, delays, errors, inability to edit your order followed by broken pages and web errors. These machine break 100x more often than they did 10 years ago. Sigh. Thanks for the response, please just try to use your own app, it's PAINFULLY slow and buggy. I don't need to call you for you to see that. Smart Orders and Redeeming Rewards yield empty screens for 10s of minutes. Multiple retries and eventually yield a viewable page. It's mighty bad.

Constant Errors! Just checking auto shipment on app is a major pain. Sometimes it won't even open the page. Just now I was trying to redeem points and kept getting the "oops we are having trouble" page. I like auto shipments but honestly I can get them with other companies and sometimes at better prices. I do like that the only thing being sold are the drinks and accessories. The reward program is also nice. However, the aggravation of the app is about to have me going elsewhere.
