Avoid! Customer service is horrible. No help at all. Try to withdraw funds and you get hit with tax up front. They give you a short deadline to pay it and if granted an extension, they won't give you an exact date and will charge extremely high late fees. I paid my tax and was immediately hit with an outrageously high late fee. Still can't get my money and no help from customer service. It's based in Bahrain so you can't do anything about it.

I had a very disappointing experience with rain. Suddenly and without any notifications they blocked my account and sent me an email that they decided yo block my account without mentioning the resons and told me that i can no longer log in to my account with my money inside. After few days full of emails back and forth, they allowed me to log in to sell all my crepto regardless the low price. In conclusion, it is not recommended at all

Dear Rain Team, First of all, a lovely app with a smooth interface and I am more than happy to use your application. I would like to recommend to introduce TRC20 and BEP20 for USDT crypto send/receive options as these chains cost us users less transfer fee Secondly please introduce p2p trading it saves users time for transactions.
