I used Trainline in Italy last year and it worked perfectly. I now have an upcoming trip in Belgium, but when I've tried searching for trains in the past few months, it says no trains available, doesn't matter which cities I select. It's definitely bugged as I tried searching in Italy for the same dates and it shows trains scheduled.

The constant reminders to enable notifications are really frustrating. I dont want notifications - and i dont need to be constantly prompted to turn them on. Being "reminded" to do something that you don't want to do feels like harassment. there is no functional reason for the app to constantly remind me. Please make it stop. Also, like a lot of people, I am frequently (but not always) unable to see the times of trains on the return part of a reserved journey. this is a real problem.

Simple return journey between two UK cities. I put in the dates of travel at the beginning and they were correct. The app stalled "Trainline is not responding" at the payment stage, so I had to reopen it. Using a different payment method on second attempt I managed to complete the purchase. When I checked the tickets, only SECONDS later, I saw the return date was incorrect. Presumably the glitch had caused that. Trainline did enable me to change it, but charged me £25 for correcting their error!

Hi Kay. Sorry to hear this. Journey details are based on customer selections, so when the search reset you may have had to re-enter your travel info. Changes can involve fees although, if there's been an error it's best to contact our Customer Service team to see if anything else can be done > http://bit.ly/2GaiVTC Thanks, Andy
