*Deaf customer* Personally I severely dislike Tonal. Being Deaf i can't hear a thing any of them say when trying to use the machine and there are no close captions, despite complaints and requests that they be added. There is little to no feedback while using the machine which is a major aspect for Deaf and the lack is distracting and interrupts workout. When communicating with Tonal about the possibility of returning the system I was told no and I was stuck with it. Don't bother with if Deaf.

Do I love my Tonal? Yes, absolutely. Do I love the Tonal app? Nope. Does anyone else have issues with the app crashing constantly during your workout? I love the idea of the form feedback and I like being able to visually check my form but I have to interrupt my workout multiple times to restart the Tonal app on my phone if I want to keep Smart View up. It's infuriating!! Also, please integrate with Spotify and other music streaming apps!

It's a nice app to keep track of your progress. Would give 5 stars but it only allows people to connect to Apple music which I do not use. I'd like to be able to connect Spotify to my programs. And there's no real community. It wants you to connect through your friends list in Facebook. Obviously if I had friends with a Tonal I wouldn't need to connect with them. It should allow to connect with other users.
