Too many updates that aren't updates. "On its way," "on its way," "on its way." But the real UPS updates, for example, are, "arrived at location," "left location," "arrived at next location," etc. I don't need an update for five times a day that says on its way. The map could also update all it does is have an arrow pointing to the destination and not much else. Could be great, just needs some work

This app is almost perfect for tracking packages. I just have 2 complaints. 1. The map never works properly . Almost every time an item moves to a new location, the map just doesn't update, and it stays where it used to be, and it stays there until the package is delivered. and 2. The app adds digital non physical orders all the time. For example, if I buy a digital Playstation game, it gets added, and it's a pain to go into the app and delete it.

I like that the app asks for permission to be able to look at my emails and take tracking numbers from them. when I place an order it knows based on email correspondence. Some people may not like that and think it's too invasive, I happen to appreciate it. it saves me from having to copy and paste tracking numbers into the app. I appreciate easy, and this app makes it easy.
