Nearly completely useless, a half implementation, use the website but don't try it on mobile, all of agoda tools are only make for desktop, and even then you'll find lots of bugs. Not to mention that you have to walk in circles for hours because the apps are not intuitive at all and most of the important features are hidden. They say some things can only be done by support by then they never responded. Terrible service as well.

A great idea but SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED! Once app fails, then the web one won't work because you can't login. Resetting passwords should not be waiting 20+ minutes for the reset link and should not say your password failed to change after that much waiting. An example of taking what worked (passwords) with something that does not work or is full of bugs. At least allow the hotels the option of being able to log in via password or pin. Requiring only pin means no backup plans.

The YCS Agoda app experience on Samsung Note 20 is frustrating. It now opens in a browser, making it less user-friendly. Replying to guest messages is harder, and checking prices on the extranet is no longer possible. The old in-app interface was much better and more efficient. Please bring back the previous version without the browser redirect.
