App is useless. I have a reservation starting tomorrow, but it doesn't show under my upcoming trips. I have to enter the reservation number manually for it to show, but I can just click the link in my reservation email, so what good is the app? I un-installed and reinstalled. Opening the app, I was shown the "new" homepage for the app, but once I sign in, I get the old version, only with no functionality in the "Your Trips" tab.

UPDATE: after several months, I still can't log into the app. As I rent several times a month, this is a big deal. I'm about to switch providers. Man, I wish I hadn't updated. I had to update, update AGAIN, change my password on the web, uninstall completely and reinstall just to get it to let me log in *at all.* It's unusable.

The app used to be so smooth, but now I have to utilize the website more often than not because the app is so clunky and broken. It takes a full minute from the time you open the app to the point of finger print, another full minute from there before you are able to start or check on a reservation. Credit card processing refuses to take the address you input, instead defaults to the account address, then locks your card from AVIS for X amount of time. The website got smoother, the app worse.
