Besides having the extra security in the beginning of signing in. It's kinda humbug, but like it's extra security, so i really can't complain. Other than that im so happy with Credit One app. It's easy to understand n make payments online. I also love that I get notifications via text as a reminder for me. Thank you.

I've only had this card for 2 weeks. Credit One is not exactly the best to have. 1. They offer me a $2,000 limit only and only approved $400. 2. There is a charge for $75 before I ever received my card. The charge does not appear on my account but my available credit limit is decreased to $300. 3. On my travels I spent only $200 of my credit limit, which is now at $0 available when there I supposed to be $200 still available. There is no way to contact an actual person. All automated/mail

Zero customer service. When you go to sign into it to make a payment it says it doesn't recognize your credentials yeah I can sign in on the web. There's not one way on there to talk to anyone. If you click on a problem you're having on there it shows you an address you can write to. I am going to close down my Credit One account. This is absolutely ridiculous. Oh and if you make a call to pay your bill they charge you $10 you literally have to pay the employees to do their job
