Aug 24: Slow, unresponsive, outdated data. Used to work good, now it takes a long time to load, if it loads, and initially the tracking data is for previous packages. Have to shut down and restart the app two or three times before it actually opens and displays current data. Apr 25: Obvious lack of urgency from FedEx to provide usable product. Right online with the old "package delay due to unreadable label" trick to avoid shipment deadlines.

This is the worst delivery tracking app I have ever used. Nothing is organized intuitively. It consistently lags, has many bugs and glitches, and lacks several basic tracking features. The tracking information that it does display is often vague or incorrect, and sometimes it completely omits the packages it should be tracking. None of this is surprising. FedEx overall has been in a steady decline for years. This app is exactly the sort of unprofessionalism that I've come to expect from them.

This app is good when it works properly, which isn't often. The dashboard often has incorrect numbers (or all zeroes). So I select the View All option, and that works OK. Unless you interact in any way with one of your items. Then, it tells you to adjust your filters to see shipments. I HAVE NO FILTERS. Then, you have to refresh 1-3 times to get your list back. Did anyone actually QA this app? Frustrating! It could be good if someone actually fixed some fairly simple bugs.
