App terrible, works about 5% of time. Multiple users, all have same issue. App doesn't load ('connecting') and when it does, random success actually viewing anything. Never works when we need/want it to (like when away from home) works best when we don't want (sends thousands of false alarms of nothing, rarely get notifications of real event activity.) Impossible to get settings right. When trying to adjust settings, app disconnects before anything can be saved. This is truly garbage.

5/5/2023 App stopped working again, can't view, another 2 hour trip to check system to find out nothing wrong. System is recording. This App is so frustrating. Useless no matter how good cameras are was an App problem. This is a useless system if your App never works again, can't view, 6/4/23 can watch live video but now can't view notifications, all day, which is why I bought this system, unbelievable!!!! It's now 10/10/24. Getting notifications again but can't view them. Now whole app is down

This app only seems to work when I'm at home and my phone is connected to the same wi-fi network. If I don't have my phone's wi-fi on, it won't connect. As soon as I turn on the phone's wi-fi, ta-dah! Connects to the device just fine but live feed won't load. The whole point of this app for me is to see what's going on when I'm NOT home. Might as well delete the app. 😑
