I'm not a big online clothes shopper. I'm 5'11" and 162 lbs. Generally, finding shirts in the right length means baggy sleeves. Sleeves that fit meant I was wearing a crop top. Neither look good. I came across this app and thought I'd try it out. The shirt fit great, and the compliments poured in the next day. Even after a wash cycle, I didn't notice any shrinkage in the material. Everything I have ordered from these folks has been perfect. Haven't had a remake yet. It's the easiest way for me to shop pants especially. Spent a lot of time in fitting rooms with disappointing results. This is super fast and easy. Lily is a great help, too. Anything you need help with, she's the one to ask. Thanks guys 👍

For the app, it apparently didn't measure me correctly. When I tried to contact the company or use a feature in the app, a browser window would open taking me to their website where I would have to log in again. The app is useless. The jeans were sewn crooked and twisted in the abdomen making them uncomfortable. I had them remade and ended up with the same result. Customer service focused on fit and refused to admit error in sewing and measuring feature, that caused the twist in both pairs.
