Terrible. Constant freezing. Unnecessarily makes an alert sound onval almost each key press. Must switch out of app and back to get each screen to load on virtually every use. Planner still doesn't tell you tracks in primary station, such as Secaucus. Logging in I have repeatedly had issues. No responses to emails to NJ Transit. May work for others but I can get it to work reliably on a Pixel 9 Pro.

This app does the bare minimum. The functions available are limited, not user friendly & is subpar given this app is for NJT, company size, scope and the number of people who need to utilize it. Google maps provides me with better and more accurate options than the app. It's biggest plus is the ability to digitally purchase my bus passes.

Very unreliable app. When was using the rail, it was good. When started using the bus coming from Edgewater to the city, it's horrible. Busses could be running 5-15 later than what you see in "real-time" status. In some instances, busses are no longer on the schedule when you refresh the screen after all these delays, and you have to wait for the next one.
