I paid for the premium ad free experience then several months later they decided to reintroduce ads despite my earlier purchase. Now the only ad-free options are subscription type daily/weekly/monthly payments. Ridiculous! Ads play on first entering the game, on starting a puzzle, after every puzzle, and if I leave to respond to a text then come back, it throws ANOTHER ad at me! This is excessive!

Bait and switch. I paid for unlimited ad-free, but recently began seeing ads. I wrote the company, & they said the game had "evolved" & now if I want ad-free, I have to pay monthly. I didn't receive a refund for my payment. I would not have paid if I had known they were going to change the rules. Not only that, but the storyline has been frozen for months. This has happened several times. They say "more coming soon". After months of waiting, I get 10 minutes play, then nothing for months again.

Used to play this every day, but there hasn't been anything substantial in 9 months. They claim updates and new tasks are coming but they take time, but they've had the time to redo the graphics, implement a useless card system, add ads between puzzles, and a ton of pop-ups when you log in. It's the same copy paste answer they've had since February, and it's obvious no actual content is coming, just more ads and microtransactions. Edit: They replied with the copy paste answer, so only 1 star now
