This app crashes too much, needs better optimization. I'm a AAA contractor, I use it everyday. When a new call is assigned, sometimes it will log you out. It will crash very often and the default notification sound won't even make any sound a lot of time. I wish AAA used some other services for their work. App makes no sound in android auto, plz make it compaitable for android auto. please fix the issues.

horrible app destroys your battery. I have 2 contracts that want me to use this app but they can't be used on the same device or I can't upload photos to one contract and the other one now won't go past book onsite. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still doesn't work. in the past month this app has cost me close to $500 in wasted time and now I just have to turn work down from both contracts as I have no way of completing the work. we should do a class action lawsuit.

The app is buggy, it crashes constantly, Especially when posting to the feed. It also tracks your location even when logged out and the app is closed. I've noticed the Salesforce app seems to work better with very old devices, but works poorly with newer devices I have no Alternatives as I am required to use this for work.
