I like that I am able to create custom workouts(add practically any workout you could think of), join challenges, and it contains other features I don't even use. Unfortunately the info recorded doesn't seem to be syncing to the Google Fit app as stated in description. Also it took me a while to get use to using the features, but works well once I got the hang of it.

The app is getting better but you still cannot mark as read old notifications. You have to click on each one, BUT, and this is really jacked, it will take you to the most recent one first. You then have to scroll down to see the older ones, even if that's the one you clicked on in the main notification screen. So if you don't check the notifications in app often, it's a mess.

This app never works properly. I have installed and uninstalled it several times in the hopes that a refresh would make the app work. It does not open even when prompted by its own notifications. And those notifications are infrequent and are often delayed. When an app is going by a first come first serve basis it's important that it not be delayed. The customer service for this app is garbage they are unresponsive and not at all helpful.
