Love the music and content, however the app still doesn't work on my android. Casting to TV works fine with girlfriends iPhone, though still does not work with Android. It says "finding devices..." when trying to cast, and never shows the available TV like it does on the iPhone. All other casting apps on the android show the TV as available, so it's for sure just the nugs app. This seems like such an easy thing to fix, and is being neglected. I will change my review to 5 stars if fixed

Unfortunately, SmartTVs with embedded casting functionality are not the same as standard Chromecast (original or Chromecast with GoogleTV) devices and may not work for our streams. Contact us on help.nugs.net if you continue having problems so we can try to help.

Every couple of years I try to do a nugs subscription and it never gets any better. It is like the operation is run by two stoners in their garage and I am supposed to be happy to drop a hundred dollars for a 50% off subscription that never works on the most common and fully updated platforms out there. I have spent 3 hours jerking around with every browser just to watch a show because the app isn't compatible with Google tv. Finally got to a show and I get a link error code. Total bs.

Unfortunately, SmartTV browsers are not supported for our streams and we do not have any native SmartTV apps at this time. You can find information on mirroring to your Smart TV on our help site. The most reliable method is connecting a Mac or PC to your TV via HDMI. Please contact us on help.nugs.net so we can help.

You cannot stream albums you purchase. The app has no functionality whatsoever for purchased albums. I have used a ton of streaming services and this is the absolute worst. Purchases also do not work if you log in with Sirius XM. If you have support unlink your account with Sirius, the purchase shows up but you cannot stream it. They do not know how to code and make a functional application. Period.
