I have recently bought a new phone and I noticed that i am not be able to open my Workpal app. The app is asking for me for set up and access using biometric. But I am not able to click the 'ok' tab to proceed. I have tried to restart my phone but it still does not work. I need to gain access to the app because i need to approve a lot of request eg leave and shift request. I hv emailed the workpal support. Appreciate the assistance.

Been trying to make a resource booking for coworking space but it keeps on saying "Could not load page". The Report Issue button does not work either. It just hangs at the white screen

Could not work properly and app asked me to check the help center... Which was itself not working and asked me to check the help center.... Which was not working. Make it make sense.
