From previous experience, the app works great and is smooth to operate. However, I dislike that all the shortcuts for the services REQUIRE Google Chrome to use. Unfortunately, it now refuses to setup in my new phone using GrapheneOS despite being able to do so on my previous phone (same OS). Hence, I will keep the rating at 1 star until it (hopefully) becomes compatible.

Was asked to renew the certificate but logged out the app which needs to authenticate again using face recognition that failed to work almost every time. Already happened the 2nd time needing to waste time to get the pin mailed. Please just drop the face recognition if you can't get it done correctly. TnG face recognition app works better while queuing at the border 😂

Works great until recently when I cannot login with Singpass while on 5G; same device same app/website works when connected to my home wifi. Update: Filed a 2nd ticket and this time, I managed to fix it by uninstalling (back to stock) and re-updating Chrome. Update2: Problem came back within 2 weeks. I hate have to uninstall and reinstall chrome every time :(
