Why are there so little fasting plans. For example I can't find the warrior diet.

Hi, the app offers 20:4 daily and weekly plans. You can find the 20:4 daily plan on the Fasting page and 20:4 weekly plan in the Intermediate section of the Plan page. Besides 20:4 plan, the app also provides many popular plans such as 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, autophagy plans, etc. We believe they can meet your basic needs.

Äppi mitä en tiennyt tarvitsevani! Ekaksi ajattelin jotta on ihan hölynpölyä koko fasting idea/asia, mutta yllytyshulluna kokeilin ja tälle tielle jäin. Nyt ainakin 3kg saanut pois ja rasvaprosentti laskenut hyvin. Suosittelen🫶🏻
