I can't verify my account, everytime after taking my face pic, I try to submit my Passport as ID but the app returns to the Home screen! I have contacted the help support days ago, I attached a screen record about the app crash but I still have the problem. On Tuesday they said they'll try to fix the issue but by now unfortunatelly nothing has changed. UPDATE: Finally, yesterday (27th August) the app approved my Passport and I can log in. It took weeks, but finally I can use it. 4 stars! Nice!
