why cant i just log in and continue to use the app after i reinstall the app in my new hp? and i was forced to restart and pay twice . my first payment is for year since dec 2018, and the 2nd time which i forced to pay was for 3 months on mar 2019 , and now is the 3rd time i failed to log in the app after i install the app.I dont wish to pay the third time.Can anyone pls help to assist ?
