Downloaded the app on a new phone, now nothing works. Can't log in, can't sign up for a new account, nothing. Just get to the login/sign up screen, and when I try tapping submit, the button greys our and nothing happens. No error message, no "incorrect credentials", it just sits there. Ended up deleting it because all it did was take up memory.

this app is very frustrating and not at all user-friendly. every 3 months I try to get my script refilled. in the app, there's nothing that says here for a prescription refill. so, a lot of texts are sent before getting to a visit. then I'm told I should have used the widget to fill out the questionnaire, but there is no "widget"! also Im supposed to get notifications when it's time for a refill, yet I never do. they make it impossible & then they yell at me for doing it wrong!

The way the app implements menu interactions, particularly when scrolling through the selections like adding a birth date or selecting a state, you highlight what you want but it registers the next choice. It messed up my date of birth, and I selected my state but it registered the next one in line. So it seeked out doctors in the wrong state and the app doesn't let you go back and change your state choice. Chat interface is terrible. The selectors are terrible. This app needs a new layout.
