Very poor UX. When checking in, the app doesn't let you paste emergency contact details & wipes the form when you switch to another app to copy numbers, etc. When you book a flight, if you dare read travel insurance T&C or check baggage limits, then you have to start the booking all over again. I haven't found where to set a veg meal, either, even though hold messages on the phone say over and over to do it online. Everything is tedious. The developers need to do some usability testing & QA.

This app went from functional to just broken over the last few months. Why is it storing 6.7gb of personal data? Can't pull boarding passes 100% of the time, ICE errors (whatever they are) I see more debugging notifications within the app than actual data. It even needs to refresh and repull status and points data every time. It shows older numbers then refreshes, either pull the latest to phone or a base Google is more accurate, and current, with gate and terminal updates.

The app is rubbish. While you can get useful info and change your seat etc. It is to prone to jamming up and becoming non responsive (especially if you are trying to change seats) it's more infuriating than useful. I use it virtually every week for flights and with no exaggeration the app will jam 40-50% of the time you use it. I have other friends who have exactly the same issue plus I have the newest Samsung so it's certainly not a phone problem, it's an app problem.
