this is perfect. I'm so glad someone finally out something together for actual wheelchair users. most of the "seated workouts" consist of doing basically the same activity as the instructor, but from a seated position. they often require the use of legs and feet still, which we don't have the ability to do. simply waiting for the next activity that we are capable of, requires many pauses and breaks during the class, which defeats the purpose. I'm so happy with whatethese girls have accomplished

This app is possibly the best option ive found for wheelchair users. Unfortunately theres only about 4-6 free workouts to use which are mostly quite short so you cant really get a feel for the app before u would have to pay for it. I think it also doesnt tell u on some other workouts that u have to unlock it, making u think that its available just to throw u onto a pay screen. I genuinely dont know enough about the app to make other comments. It would be better with more free stuff for an intro.

No stopwatch feature to track pushing time and distance?! It's hard finding an app that has a wheelchair option so I thought this app would have it. Dropped the ball on that. Also, most people in chairs are on a limited income so the pay to play for some of the workouts will probably be a bust.
