Fantastic app with exceptional customer service! The app is user-friendly, smooth, and has helped me find incredible deals while successfully selling some unused glass. I decided to write this after encountering an issue with a recent order. The Glass Pass team went above and beyond to resolve the problem, ensuring the solution worked for both sides. Their dedication and support truly stand out. Outstanding platform and company!

I was really excited at first by the premise. The listings were the disappointment. Too much of what I saw could be bought in my local smoke shop or on Wish for a fraction of the price. The original glass pieces were hidden behind the noise of new items completely contradicting what I thought the company's purpose was - creating a marketplace for used glass items. The buying/selling guidelines add to my dismay. I understand why but find it overkill. Perhaps consignment is a better way.

This is a 5/5 knowing it'll get up there, right now I find it a 4/5 because it has been buggy as of recently with loading some things and searching things being on the fritz, usually a restart is what it takes to get it back to normal or clearing cache on the app... Nothing too intense, for me, these guys seem to be really on top of improving it and I don't want that to offset anything about the app. I have made multiple purchases some being in app and it works flawlessly, no money issues ever.
