LOVE this coffee SOOO MUCH. Not thrilled, however, with your e-commerce interface. I would like more flexibility to set up a custom subscription order.

The app has given me issues several times. When I changed my email when I moved, my discount also changed. I lost my rewards, too. Now whenever I try to change an order sometimes I just have to completely cancel the subscription and start a new order. It's very frustrating. I won't give up though. I love this coffee.

Like the coffee, just wish the company would have stuck to my initial order offer. My discount was supposed to last forever, however, when I changed shipping address over last winter my discounted subscription stopped. Had to renew at a lesser discount.
