They have perks with some partners. The trick is the customer needs to pay with a Youtrip card. However, there is a bug that prevents me from registering the card with the partner's payment portal. I contacted Youtrip and I was given a solution. I followeed the steps but the same problem persists. I contacted Youtrip several times but I think they ghosted me. The customer service by the name of Sylvia. I think its a bot.

Been using Youtrip for a few years. App wise, convenient and useful. Recently, an unauthorized transaction and Youtrip notified me that a refund will be effected on 19 Mar and will take 8-10 days to see the reversal. Till today, customer service is getting me to submit forms and such after they agreed to reverse the amount. App, no issue. Your money with Youtrip, not so much after this recent incident.

it's already been 5 days since I initiated a transfer to an overseas account & it's still pending. What's frustrating is it's impossible to get any help. I've checked the Support both in the app & website I get the exact same ans, asking me to refer to the app for the timeline. there was no number to call, so i wrote an email in , and guess what was the reply?? it was the exact copy & paste from that FAQ!!! NO HELP AT ALL!!! btw the one timeline i can find from that transaction is SAME DAY!!!
