Every single time I open the app it has to send me a text or email for a one time code to get in. Despite me entering the correct password each time. It used to be once in a while it would do this, which is fine. Now it's every single time and it's really unnecessary and annoying. I contacted their customer service and they suggested uninstalling and re installing the app, which I did. It still does it every single time. Edit: changed review to one star after their email response.

Up until this very moment, I've had no problems with the app. Today, however, when I attempted to view my balance, a pop up informed me that I need to update. Okay. But!!! When I press the 'open' button on the Google play site the only thing that happens is the reappearance of the same notice telling me that I need to update. Catch-23, I guess. Also known as a casual loop. Fix this and fire whomever is responsible for this idiocy. ( You may consider this your notification)

Cannot deposit checks. The new feature that allows you to upload checks isn't working! I've called my wisely, and they said I need to contact the bank. Bank doesn't answer. When I take a photo of the check, an error message shows up saying there's a bug and closes app. I've unistalled and reinstalled the app, but it still doesn't work. So who in the heck do I contact? This has been going on for over a month! You might want to fix this. Its OK, I'm moving to Chime. Their app works!
