The store is great. Their app not so much. If I don't sign out of my profile every single time that I use the app the next time I open it it just says ugh cuz this is frustrating. We're experiencing problems on our end. I then have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to be able to use it. It's been this way for 2 years now. I've called to report it still 2 years later. Still the same problem every single time

App takes forever to open either from clicking on the app directly or from a Google search and clicking on the part. I can't stand using Advance Auto Parts due to that. Follow up to reply. It's happened on all phones I've had over the last few years, phone service is not the issue weather wifi or network. It happens all the time and none of my other apps have the issue. My friends have the same slow opening on their phones also.

The slowest, crappiest running app on my phone. It barely works. One Plus 12. Also, it's not my phone, wifi/data or any issues on my device. Even if I turn off my VPN, restart the phone, clear the cache/force close the app it still operates the same and has on every device I've had it installed on. other apps operate perfectly fine yet this one is so slow it barely functions. I will also say that a few times Advance Auto Parts have nearly lost sales because I couldn't get it to work properly.
