One of the best banking applications I've used. It has a great and clear interface, with loads of features. Only problem i have is the fact that for some reason, i get an error when adding an international beneficiary. And when the desired beneficiary is added through the branch, i would still receive an error when i try to transfer the money. Other than that, the application is amazing.

The app does not function properly at all. I am unsure of its purpose as every time I open it, it automatically switches to the browser. This is quite inconvenient as it disrupts my workflow. Additionally, it consistently prompts me to authenticate my device, which is a time-consuming process. I would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed to improve the overall usability of the app.

I wish I could give it less than 1 rating. The app is seriously bloated like a 2010 app. Keeps crashing on certain features. I changed the theme to dark and it keeps como back to default. I registered my fingerprint, MPIN and quick login but the app keeps logging me in through the basic user / password and then OTP method. This is really bad in 2025. I've experienced about 10 different banking apps from multiple companies and this is the worst. Need a lot of improvements seriously!!
