Good when it works. Kinda stopped. Now it won't accept my log in information and then the question is... do you factory reset and go through dozens of devices to add them to new networks... app used to work well and for a few days/weeks now... won't let me log into the router. Unsure what the cause is. Everything still works but I cannot check firmware or optimize connections etc.

I'm a long time Asus customer, but this app my drive me to find another brand. I don't care about the security concern BS, I need to remote access routers in multiple homes. Over the past year, that has been hit or miss. No changes made on my end an yet I cannot consistently access these devices when needed. I've reached out to Asus and got ZERO replies. Avoid this app

Horrible horrible app. Doesn't recognize own devices even when logged in to the network. I bound my account for easy log in got the notification it was bound. Went use it as long in, Operation failed. Use my Asus id, Operation failed. Everything about this app is horrendous. It is slow to open if you can get it to open. No links in the app work. I have downloaded and uninstalled may times to get it to work. Went as far to reset my phone. Hot steamy garbage!!!! 500 words is not enough!!!
