I’m quite frustrated with the new app. The old version was much better—easier to use and clearer overall. I really miss the comprehensive financial statement; now it feels like a secondary account rather than a primary one. It's difficult to retrieve bills, and the credit page just redirects to Samsung Wallet, which is inconvenient. Reviewing the latest transactions on my credit card has also become cumbersome, and the loan status isn't as clear as it used to be. Overall, app is not effective

The app is somewhat buggy and lacks many core features that are essential for a modern smooth user experience. It also needs more flexibility and better-designed, normalized workflows. Currently, it's not meeting my expectations. I'll give it one star for now and will reconsider my rating after seeing improvements in the future releases.

very actively and quickly send the money on time in bank account. but always update with fawry after renewal iqama. please only option setting to update in mobile application to update online. don't go to the bank.
