I have had the app for 5 years now. Overall,the things I enjoy are the outstanding graphics, the variety of inside challenges, and team competitions. The things I DON'T like are the cost of all of the things that help to win challenges, the things the model does to finish each challenge,( like spraying cologne)that uses up points. The WORST thing is when their ads pop up during other gamesand when you try to exit, the app won't let you. Then automatically forces the game to open 😒. So invasive

The game seemed great at first, but very very quickly it becomes obvious you can't beat several levels without power ups. I shouldn't be forced to use level ups, or pressured into using gems for extra moves on impossible levels so I don't miss out on items. I'm addition it takes forever to get money and makeover steps cost so much. It takes so long to get enough money to do anything. It's unbalanced. I don't spend money on games and this is an obvious cash grab.

PSA: if you rely on the ads to get extra moves at the end of a level, DO NOT SPEND REAL MONEY ON THE GAME!!! Your ads will disappear and customer support will not help you. I made the mistake of buying the premium trail during the Halloween events (I mean come on that husky was too cute!) My ads disappeared and customer support keeps telling me they have no control over the ads or the ads are being updated. They never came back. Now I'm out of gems and struggling to pass levels (I usually need 1
