The app is fine BUT there is no way to turn off the voice prompts telling me the battery of the buds, when I change the noise control, when my buds are low battery, and lots of other important things!!! When I try to search up a solution to this, it only gives me recommendations for the other Bose app, which don't have the same settings!!!! I really wish there would be an update on the apps and the buds because these are great earphones!

Horrible app. I've got 3 bose headphones, other apps way better. No ear balance setting. No way to turn off auto=off function. They turn off every 15 minutes!!! super loud technical voice, no way to lower. the volume is loud even on the minimum. No equalizer = a pic in description is a lie. when it says "connected", it doesn't tell you to which device.

When the earbuds and the app work together it is the best pairing since bread and butter. But it's hit and miss night to night when I use them at work. Bluetooth connection is very spotty. The voice control turns off after 10 minute. To turn it back on you have to restart the app. It looks like there's room for improvement. EDIT: After experimenting, I realized the app needs to be open to use voice control. Makes sense now that I realize it. The manual should mention it.
