I like their clothes. But I dont like how they size things or how they seperate things. If the same shirt is "normal" or "curve" you don't always know if it is both or not. And their sizing don't consistently match the measurements which then makes the app ask if you are sure about that size that clearly states your measurements. I wish it wasn't seperate. Same shirt gets all sizes in one page. It just gives a lot of bad feelings when I see something I like just to see they don't have it for me.

Everything went well until I bumped into a shocking situation. I returned items and agreed to have store credit instead of return to credit card. Later, I ordered another order with this store credit... And now I'm prohibited from returning items. So I've lost around 100$ through shocking practice I've never seen anywhere before.

Good quality clothes for the price. A lot of their items are available at various sizes and styles. Plus the company is fairly eco-minded with their shipping and policies. Now, having had this app for several months, wanted to add that the notifications are WAY too frequent. With no selection options for what you actually want to get notified for. Also disappointed that the company barely offers sizing options for reward items. Definitely a disservice to their customers.
