The app is buggy. On sign-on, it fails to send the 2FA email on first attempt, and must be prompted to do so "again". It then fails to bring up the rest of the content on first attempt, thereafter. Movie attendance credits don't show up promptly. I went to 3 movies this weekend. My progress toward Platinum hasn't budged. And, when I went to "contact us", it required that I enter my membership number. It should simply have that information.

Cinemark is my preferred theater. I like the reservations, the loungers and the beer. The app is okay, but it's starting to become annoying. On the good side, it makes selecting and reserving a movie simple.You can also check your points status and order snacks and drinks. On the bad side, when you make a reservation, they throw all of these "offers" at you. It used to be one or two, but they're up to four ads, now. The number is growing, where will it stop?

It's not the best but decent enough. I hate how it automatically sets the theater to one that's an hour away. I keep having to switch back to my local one and favoriting doesn't help. You can't order food ahead of the movie unless you bought the tickets through the app and paid the extra processing fees. If you just want to check movie times and seat availability, then it'll do.
