Edit: After posting this, I was able to access the app for the first time. When it works, it is easy to use. Downloaded in early January, have not been able to login once since then. Sucks because I want to deposit checks directly to my citizens access account, but you can't without the app or mailing them in. Account works fine online, the app is completly useless as is though.

I don't know what you guys did to your app but it is very clunky does not recognize previous logins and your "chat now" button is in the way. Not to mention you've lowered your rate 1% over the past. Good news if you're reading this, go to Barclays. They are offering much better rate and have a very good and user friendly app!

for a savings account with all online transactions, app is simple to use and has enough support for basic needs. if we need it for features beyond simple transactions I didn't use it and so adding it here as disclaimer.
