It was Nice for MTN to think about making this app. It's a big step to digitalization. But the fact that I'm not able, to screenshot my proof of payment, beats the whole idea and purpose of thi app. A lot needs to be done to perfect this app. When I pay, the Receiver's name is not shown on the receipt. Just the receiver's MoMo number. The app is secure, and it works, so I rate it 1 Star for functioning.

Have been trying to install the Momo App for the last three weeks in vain. The 30 seconds elapse before I receive the code number. Network is always off. Worse than before. Please increase the time to receive the code from 30 or have it removed since we only once during the installation of the app. Very frastuurated with the whole system. Thank you.

Quite frustrating, the app has been working well until recently, when I am logged out, and each time I try, I am told that I don't have a secure connection. I've tried hotspotting, wifi, and data, and nothing works. I have cleared cache and re-download the app. To top it off, I can't seem to reach any MTN support center, whether on call online.
