Most of the time the app is fine. You pay your bill and it's fine. You can "set" a billing day which is nice. Just keep in mind it's NOT the exact day. You pay the day after your requested date. If you choose the 1st, it will most definitely come out midnight, the 2nd. Sucks for data pinchers. Tried to set it back a few days (you get amazing discounts on days that your device is off when you need to stretch) but now it says my usage is beyond my max and it won't reset. It's vexing.

It looks like a demo. The bar graph for usage has not been updated on my phone since February. The total data used shows last months amount on the third (my plan starts on the first). You are forced to update or it will not work. It doesn't really do anything and what it tries to do it fails at. It signs you out periodically. God help you if you try to "chat". Eliza gave better responses.

This app has never once worked on my galaxy s23. I honestly couldn't even tell you the last time I've been able to access my account through the app and not had to use a web browser. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and my software is up to date. I can't be the only user this is affecting and it's been going on for well over a year now at minimum I know. The app opens, and a circle spins for eternity but the dashboard/login never comes up.
