Ecerytime the app gets an update something stops working. I tried 6 times to pay for my food through the app and kept getting an error. I finally gave up and called in and then had to wait an additional 10 minutes before I could place my order. if the app is to be more efficient then they need to do better

Similar to other reviews, I too have been unable to place an order in the app. Each time I attempt to add an item to my cart, the pickup details window doesn't open all the way and I cannot proceed. I've tried to start over and uninstall/reinstall, but the issue remains. I also had a birthday reward that I couldn't even use because the app didn't recognize the code. Sad. The developers or whomever need to look into this and fix it.

This goes beyond the Longhorn app, as the Olive Garden app has the same issue. Open app, add item,and the pickup screen doesn't show passed the X to close it. The devs or parent company of these restaurants clearly don't care about customer experience, or they are just that inept to fix the issue for months. Order online via the web, as you might have a better chance there.
