I am satisfied with the app for remittance purposes. It's fast, reasonably priced and reliable. However, I am very disappointed with the current holiday campaign. I've been playing for over two weeks now and only on one day I got 1 point. All other days, I get "try again tomorrow". This is discouraging. I used this service every month for the past year and can't even benefit from a few free points in your campaign. Why have the campaign if you're going to rig it?

To complicated to use no physical store to top up for people who don't have bank account and no clear explanation on how really top up your account

Terrible apps. It's takes longer time to receive the money. They said must wait and check around 20-30 minutes but in reality you have to wait more hours and sometimes you have to wait until next day. This app is not useful especially if you have an emergency overseas.
