It truly is a sign of how much worse everything is getting that they overhauled the UI of the Dyson app...to add a button at the bottom that lets you buy more Dyson products. And it's highlighted in green to get your attention more. It's not like this is a feature anyone wanted, or that makes anything better, it's there specifically to make the app worse. EDIT: And these patronizing responses from the developer that try to hand wave away the problem they created just makes it worse.

Good overall but has a few things that could be improved: - if you have multiple devices it doesn't have any obvious way to plot the data together. I have Dyson air filters in multiple rooms of my home and it would be great to be able to see the data from them on one chart - the app only works with an internet connection even if you're connected to the same wifi. I have other connected devices at home which work even if the internet is out

App worked well until recently, can no longer connect to my Hot/Cool Air Purifier. I've removed my Purifier and re-added it. I reset the Purifier settings and reconnected to WIFI like it's new and the app still cannot talk to it. my WIFI/Network has NOT changed. You app shows an update on Oct 31, 2024. I don't normally open it as I set the Purifier up, set a schedule and been great since I got it in March 2024. I am wondering now if it has not connected since the Oct 31 update.

Hi, this should be an easy fix. Try unplugging your products from their power supplies for a minute or two. If this doesn’t help, you may need to revert it back to the factory settings. Instructions for this step can be found on our Community page - please visit (https://community.dyson.com) and search for 'Power Cycling'.
