App is fine but menus are disorganized. 3 different menu branches for 1) temperature thresholds, 2) comfort settings, and 3) schedule. Those basic functions should be in a single menu or at least the thresholds should be with the comfort settings. They also won't allow smaller thresholds than 2 degrees. It's my house and HVAC. Let me do what I want. Lastly, why on earth is there no widget to display basic info?

The app is generally okay, but it's like they stopped working on it just short of making its more compelling features usable. e.g. smart away cannot be enabled on a per comfort setting basis, since we have multiple sensors and some are in rooms with more activity, we cannot enable smart away or the sleep comfort setting behaves badly. e.g. custom comfort settings can only be scheduled (not accessible in quick changes) which does not work for our babies finicky sleep schedule. Useless.

Let's me control my thermostat, especially when I'm in a room that is freezing (like the bathroom for example)! I can turn up my thermostat when I'm super cold, and feel like I'm surrounded by a warm hug! Overall, great features, easy controls, good reminder system for service and filter changes, and the "Home/Away/Vacation" features are also very nice. Very impressed with my Ecobee!
