It's a very good online shopping application with a variety of items to choose from, however few things should be included. 1. Tracking of purchased goods. 2. Synchronise with google maps for accurate location(s). 3. Contact of the courier company responsible. 4. Engage or employ more courier companies for fast deliveries. The delivery takes longer (more than 24hrs) to reach so you have to order a day before.

Egatee remains one of the most unreliable online shopping apps I have ever come across. The dispatchers and customer care officers are the worst set of humans. The business has a concept but their services are nightmare! Don't waste your precious time with them. There are many reliable options out there.

The app seems to have good deals, but it lags like seriously, constantly stops responding and freezes. The navigation and scrolling is slow and non responsive at times.
