The application barely connects to the internal services of the company and partners. The requests get cancelled without notifications being sent to the user. I had to create almost all requests by phone except of one paid maintenance of AC that I did in the app. And that was also a really bad experience. I'm not satisfied with EMAAR service overall - I created dozens of requests and only a handful were resolved. And this is for the brand new apartment which nobody was living in before!

Update 24 Apr 25: The app seems to be going through an update with its functionality seriously hampered. The lack of communication and complete lack of concern for the issues this is causing to people trying to book and use facilities in the meantime is remarkably bad.

any screen can take ages to load. the maximum number of characters allowed when raising a request is so small you can barely explain the request. and there s no section where you can check all the requests previously raised. not to mention that almost nothing ever gets fixed, the requests just get "resolved" after one phone call.
