TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE APP. Tried to steal my money. I ordered delivery and they charged me immediately but the food never showed up and there's no way to see the driver's name or photo or contact him. Hands down the worst customer service of any food delivery app. It was so difficult to reach anyone and after weeks of emails back and forth they still refused to refund my money. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Will never order again. Don't order from them!

🫥Freezes 🕵️ Had to show App order to staff and they had to put in reorder on their equipment. Trouble with *choosing -location,items, Payments,Discounts.Tried Several Different Device Types. Sometimes Works fine when not Near any location but once you arrive at location for pickup there seems to be a Block (Invisible Barrier) on device to show them the order that was placed. I usually just screenshot completion order to show them . Also They don't receive my app order at selected location.

I couldn't sign in with the Hotmail account I normally use. The app asks me to put in a verification code. My email never receives the code in either my inbox or junk folder. The app would only let me sign in using a Gmail account. I emailed Popeyes some time ago, but haven't heard back in an update. If I can't sign in, I can't use the points on my Hotmail account. Please fix the issue.
