- Music & Audio Permission (Android 13.0 and above): Required to read and play music files.
- File & Media Permission (Android 12.0 and below): Required to read and play music files.

- Notification Permission: Used to display notifications for playback, FileToss transfers, and headset connection playback.
- You can use the app without granting optional permissions, but some services or features may be limited.

※ For bug reports, error reports, inquiries, or suggestions, please use the [Settings] → [1:1 Customer Inquiry] feature in ALSong Mobile.

1. My newly added music is not showing.
- If you press 'Scan Music Files' in the 'My Files' tab, the newly added music will be reflected in ALSong.
The scan time may take longer if there are many media files stored on your phone.
2. The lyrics sync is not aligned with the music.
- In the playback screen, tap the magnifying glass icon (Lyrics Search) to find and apply alternative synced lyrics for the same song.
3. I can’t find the shuffle or repeat functions.
- On the playback screen, tap the left button at the bottom to toggle between Single Play / Play All (Once) / Play All (Loop).
Tap the right button to switch between Sequential Play / Shuffle Play.
When the button turns dark, the corresponding function is activated.
