Can log in the first time but then, using the finger print log in it just stays in a loading state. Even if you cancel the fingerprint, you can't put in a pin. Uninstalled and the same thing happens 3 times. As this is supposed to replace your guest card, it's no good. Underdeveloped and undertested I suspect. Now (trying) to use this app for 4 years. Nothing has improved. It now remembers that you set up a fingerprint log in then takes you to a screen to log in and wants an OTP!

Awful app. Takes ages to login because it constantly wants to send a verification code. The UI is unintuitive, the app is extremely difficult to navigate, and it takes ages to find the relevant page/option. Loading times are shocking, and general functionality is poor.

Every time I search for a flight, the application keeps searching and showing the flights for one second, and then it gives me a message( your search from xyz to abc had 0 result).. Also, if I open another app, then come back to Etihaf Guest, it logges me out, and I need to log in every time. I'm very upset.
