Very buggy, unable to pay bills despite there being a due date and balance, if the balance is even accurate. Missing billing statements, on some pages, it will be stuck loading, and you have to exit and try again. Lots of issues that probably won't be fixed anytime soon.

Making payments are super easy with this app. I dont know how people paid bills without this. I love the option to pay as much as the minimum amount or maximum. I can see what we use each month, when our usage changes and how much without guessing through paper bills. Its amazing extremely helpful and it sends reminders so you never miss a payment. All in my favorite place my phone and tablet.

What happened to this app? Tried to use it a few days ago to report an outage and was greeted by the page "Storm mode is in effect. The app is temporarily adjusted due to severe weather". The app then force closed itself. Multiple attempts to use the app over the next several days get the same message and force app closures. App is useless right now.
