Not impressed at all! I was looking 4 reg 20oz sublimation tumblers & the prices per unit were as much as $ 8 a unit! If the unit price was semi reasonable the shipping isn't ! 2 cases of tumblers from the same place was going to b almost $120! So i can go 2 Amazon, or even Etsy and pay CONSIDERABLY less for the same exact brand and quantity! Only found 1 item that was ok but only cause of their 1st order coupon YOU WILL PAY MORE ORDERING THROUGH FAIRE!

Terrible experience horrible customer service.. issue after issue that they cannot seem to assist or resolve in setting up your account. Not what a new business owner needs to be dealing with in addition to everything else. Several attempts via email no other way to reach them even if you do buy the membership which I have done and no response to even Facebook Messenger reach out for help requests

I love Faire, but the app specifically is way more frustrating than helpful. There are a couple things that make it harder to navigate than the website, but the worst by far is how sensitive the "Remove Item" swipe function is when viewing your cart. I am constantly accidentally removing items just by scrolling, and I just placed an order that didn't have an item I need because I didn't realize I had deleted it. Just add a confirmation prompt like literally every other site and app! So annoying.
